Your First Visit
Your first visit to Dr. Stroh’s office is an exciting time. It is a chance for us to get acquainted and for you to learn about the treatments and services we offer. When you walk in the door, you may notice that our office looks similar to your regular dentist’s office. However, what we do here is a little different. It all starts with the initial examination.
You should plan to spend about an hour with us during your first visit. This ensures that no one has to rush and that you have plenty of time to ask any questions you may have. You will meet one of our receptionists or patient coordinators, who will gather your information and walk you through the office.
After gathering your records, we will walk you through your diagnosis and all recommended treatment options. We will highlight anything that needs attention and explain every step in simple, easy to understand terms.
Dr. Stroh will complete a very thorough intraoral examination. We may also take a preliminary panoramic X ray if needed. This allows us to see what is happening beneath the gums, including the position and growth of bones and joints and the teeth that are still below the gum line.
By working together, we will create a plan that helps you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile you will be proud to show.
